DAY 02 : WADDUWA/SIGIRIYA
After breakfast drive to Sigiriya. On the way visit the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Medicine Factory and Ayurvedic hospital. In the evening climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Dinner and overnight stay at Sigiriya Village Hotel. |

DAY 03 : SIGIRIYA/ANURADHAPURA/MIHINTALE/SIGIRIYA
After breakfast proceed to Anuradhapura and to Mihintale with a focus on the importance of Ayurveda in medieval times. In the evening enjoy an introductory Ayurvedic Massage. Dinner and overnight stay at Sigiriya Village Hotel. |

DAY 04 : SIGIRIYA/MATALE/KANDY
After breakfast drive to Kandy enroute visiting a spice and herbal garden with demonstration of different treatments (Herbal Massage etc) at Matale. In the evening visit the temple of the tooth relic and witness a classical Kandyan dance. Dinner and overnight stay at Tree of life hotel. |

DAY 05 : KANDY/PERADENIYA/KANDY
After breakfast do a city tour in Kandy and visit the Botanical Garden in Peradeniya to witness Ayurvedic plants. Thereafter time for shopping. In the evening a lecture in yoga or meditation. Dinner and overnight stay at Tree of Life hotel. |

DAY 06 : KANDY/PINNAWALA/COLOMBO
After breakfast drive to Colombo enroute visiting a Tea Factory and Plantation in Giragama aswell as visit the Elephant Orpahange in Pinnawala. |
